Terms of Service

Last updated:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyTKitchen platform, also marketed as "Snackify" ("Service"), provided by MyTKitchen, a product of MyTAssist ("we", "us"). By creating an account, registering a tenant, or using the Service, you ("User", "Tenant", or "Subscriber") agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of Service

MyTKitchen is a multi-tenant, subscription-based software service for restaurants and cloud kitchens, including order management, menu and deals, inventory, recipes and sub-recipes, waste tracking, delivery tracking with riders, analytics, multi-branch management, user roles, and subscription billing.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your registered email. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. The account owner is the Tenant Admin, of which there is one per tenant.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Trials

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are sold and billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorized payment processor. A free trial may be offered (its length and availability are configurable); there is no free-tier subscription. Prices, plans and add-ons are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew per the selected billing cycle until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Demos

We encourage prospective customers to request a product demo before subscribing. Demos are for evaluation only.

5. Acceptable Use

6. Data Ownership, Export & Retention

You retain ownership of the data and content you input (menu items, orders, customer information, recipes, analytics, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service.

When a subscription expires or is cancelled, access is suspended and your data is retained for a limited grace period before permanent deletion. During that period — after expiry and before purge — the Tenant Admin (account owner) may request an export of the tenant and branch data, and only from their own account. Exports are provided as a password-protected (AES-256) archive; the password is emailed separately to the Tenant Admin's registered address. Once the retention period elapses and data is purged, we cannot guarantee that an export can still be produced; only a limited summary may be retained for legal, tax and compliance purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur; we will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned maintenance.

8. Intellectual Property

The MyTKitchen platform, including its design, code, features and branding, is the intellectual property of MyTKitchen / MyTAssist. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks, logos or proprietary materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscription Dashboard. Upon termination, access is revoked at the end of the current billing period; during the retention period the Tenant Admin may request a data export (Section 6); we may retain data in anonymized, aggregated, or legally-required summary form. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyTAssist is established. Questions: sales@mytassist.com.
